Who we are
Alparaque Realty is a real estate brokerage serving Iloilo, Capiz, Aklan and Antique (PRC License No. 0022440). In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Alparaque Realty. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry through this website, we collect:
- your name
- your mobile number and/or email address
- what you're interested in (buying, renting, selling, a valuation or leasing)
- the property or project you asked about, and the page you sent the inquiry from
- anything you write in your message
We also keep the details you share with us later by phone, text, email, Facebook or in person while we help you, such as your budget, preferred locations and viewing schedules.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as government ID numbers, health details or bank account numbers through this website. If a bank or Pag-IBIG loan application later needs documents, we'll tell you exactly what is needed and why.
Why we use it
- to reply to your inquiry and answer your questions
- to send you details, prices and photos of properties you asked about
- to arrange site visits and viewings
- to help with reservations and bank or Pag-IBIG loan requirements, if you ask us to
- to follow up on your inquiry until you tell us you're no longer interested
We use your information because you gave it to us and asked us to help you. We don't use it for anything unrelated to your inquiry, and we won't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who can see it
- Our broker and authorized staff. Only the people who handle your inquiry can see your details.
- Google. Inquiries are stored in our Google account (Google Sheets and Gmail), which keeps the information secure on our behalf.
- Developers, sellers and banks, only when needed. If you decide to view, reserve or buy a property, we may share the details needed for that step with the developer, the owner or your chosen bank or Pag-IBIG. We'll let you know first.
We never sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as they're needed for your inquiry or transaction. For example, while you're still looking for a property, or for as long as a property you're selling through us is still listed and not yet sold. We also keep records of completed sales when the law requires it.
You can ask us to delete your details at any time, and we will, unless we're required by law to keep them.
How we protect it
Your information is stored in a password-protected account that only our broker and authorized staff can open. We share it only as described above, and we delete it when it's no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- know what personal information we have about you and how we use it
- get a copy of it
- correct anything that's wrong or out of date
- object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent
- ask us to delete it
- file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph)

This website
- Saved homes. When you tap the heart on a listing, it's saved only in your own browser on your device. We don't receive it.
- Maps and fonts. Our maps come from OpenStreetMap and our fonts from Google Fonts. Like any website, these services receive basic technical information (such as your IP address) when they load.
- Facebook and YouTube. Links to our Facebook and YouTube pages take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
- We don't use advertising trackers on this website.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
